I have used the Pro5, Pro6, Personal, My3, My5, and My7 varieties of power plate and i love the Move the best. It is big enough that i can move about comfortably, training martial arts as well as fitness, without slipping off or flipping it over. However it is also small enough that i can move it around the room on my own. I like that i can pump up the frequency for massage and bring it down for balance training, too.
